Ali Syed

Ali Syed has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Ali currently holds the role of Vice President IT - Digital Transformation at National Guard Products, Inc. since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Information Technology at the same company from February 2020 to June 2022. Before joining National Guard Products, Inc., Ali worked at Landau Uniforms as the Manager Application Development from December 2015 to February 2020. Ali also briefly worked as a Consultant at Landau Uniforms in February 2015. Prior to Landau Uniforms, Ali worked at Boeing as a Product Development member from May 2014 to March 2015. Ali also has experience at First Tennessee Bank as a Team Lead from April 2012 to April 2014. Earlier in their career, Ali served as a Senior .Net Developer at Northrop Grumman from December 2008 to April 2012, where they played a significant role in the development and deployment of complex web-based systems. Ali also worked at United Systems of Arkansas Inc. as a Sr Analyst/ Project Lead from September 2005 to December 2008, and at Novacopy Inc. as an Intranet Developer from 2003 to February 2005.

Ali Syed earned a Master of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Management Information Systems from the Fogelman College of Business & Economics at the University of Memphis in 2002-2003. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science in Computer Engineering Technology from the University of Memphis in 2000-2001. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Development from Microsoft.
