Mark Neidinger

Mark Neidinger is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various high-level roles within the insurance and legal sectors. Currently retired, Mark served as the Assistant Vice President and Associate General Counsel at National Guardian Life Insurance Company from 2005, delivering operational, legal, and business advice while managing outside counsel and legislative matters. Prior to this, Mark was Corporate Counsel at Winterthur US Holdings from 2003 to 2005, where responsibilities included providing legal advice on employment litigation and corporate matters. Mark's early career included a position as Associate Counsel at Eustice, Laffey, Sebranek & Auby from 1998 to 2003, focusing on civil litigation and business law. Mark holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Marquette University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
