Tammy Turner, MBA, has a diverse work history spanning over 30 years. Tammy most recently served as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at National Guardian Life Insurance Company, where they have been since 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at the same company.

From 2017 to 2020, Tammy worked as the Manager of Human Resources at Foley & Lardner LLP. Here, they were responsible for overseeing various HR functions within the organization.

Before that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at UnityPoint Health Meriter from 2010 to 2016. In this role, they provided comprehensive HR support and consultation to various areas of the organization.

Tammy also pursued further education, earning a Master's in Business Administration from Webster University, as well as a Master's in Human Resource Management, also from Webster University.
