Tate Benavides

Tate Benavides has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Tate started their career in 1995 as a Crew Leader at David J Frank Landscaping, where they worked until 2001. In 2002, they joined Polish National Alliance as a Senior Programmer/Business Analyst, where they developed user applications, provided user support, and programmed scripts for document automation. In 2005, they worked as a Consultant at BBIT Essential, LLC., focusing on ABAP dialog programming and error evaluation. In 2011, they became the Owner/Operator of Talen Solutions, LLC, before joining Sun Life Financial in 2013 as an Istream Developer, where they were responsible for new product development and extensive use of XML and mapping tools. Since 2014, Tate has been working at National Guardian Life Insurance Company as a Sr. Programmer/Analyst.

Tate Benavides has a diverse education history. In 1989 to 1993, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville where they studied Business/Computer Science. Following this, in 2000 to 2001, they pursued continuing education at the University of Calgary, specifically focusing on the SAP Partner Academy. Recently, in November 2021, Tate obtained certification as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
