Laura Budzichowski

Laura Budzichowski is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at National Gypsum Company since February 2014, previously holding the title of Assistant General Counsel. Prior experience includes a role as Partner in Mergers & Acquisitions and General Corporate Representation at Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson, P.A., where Laura led deal teams for complex transactions. Laura also contributed to the Board of Directors at International House from 2008 to 2010 and worked as an Executive Assistant at Wind Point Partners. Earlier in her career, Laura was a High School Spanish Teacher at Resurrection Catholic School. Laura holds a JD from the University of Michigan Law School, a BA in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Notre Dame, and has studied Spanish at Fundacion Jose Ortega y Gasset in Toledo, Spain. Laura is recognized as a nominee for both the Sallie Mae First Class Teacher Award and the Notre Dame Outstanding Educator Award.
