Amy Satterlund

Amy Satterlund has a strong background in product management and professional services. Amy currently holds the position of Director of Product Management at the National Healthcareer Association (NHA). Prior to this, they worked at Lexmark Enterprise Software as the Manager of Professional Services - Financial Process Automation. Amy also has experience as a Solution Architect, Senior Consultant, and Team Leader in various roles at Lexmark Enterprise Software, Bangert Computer Systems, Inc., and The Standard. Amy began their career at Meridian Systems, where they worked as a Technical Support, Sales Engineer, and Consultant.

Amy Satterlund received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of California, Davis in 1998. Amy then attended the Portland State University - School of Business from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained an MBA in Business. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1995, they studied Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Oregon. In addition, Amy Satterlund has obtained several certifications including "Platform Strategy: Build, Grow, Monetize, and Lead Digital Platforms" from Emeritus in 2024, "Pragmatic Marketing Level VI" from Pragmatic Marketing in 2017, "Certified Scrum Product Owner" from Agile For All, LLC in 2017, and "Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®)" from Scrum Alliance in October 2017.
