Ruth Skidmore

Ruth Skidmore is a seasoned legal and real estate professional with a strong background in commercial litigation and general counsel roles. Currently serving as the Director of Real Estate and Legal at National Heritage Academies since June 2023, Ruth also holds the position of General Counsel at Wolverine Building Group, which began in January 2021. Prior to these roles, Ruth worked as a Real Estate and Commercial Litigator at McShane & Bowie, PLC from 1998 to January 2021. Ruth has an academic foundation with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School, attained in 1998, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Michigan State University, completed in 1993.
