Tom Brennan III

Director Of Facilities at National Heritage Academies

Tom Brennan III has a diverse work experience starting from 2004. Tom began as an intern at Gillespie Group, Inc in 2004 and later interned at Huntley Companies, Inc in 2005. In 2006, Tom worked as an intern at Granger Construction, mainly assisting the superintendent with structural concrete operations. Same year, they also worked as a Project Engineer at The Christman Company, where they assisted in managing construction projects and assembling bid packages. From 2009 to 2010, Tom served as a Management Trainee at Steel Supply & Engineering, focusing on production control and purchasing. Since 2011, they have been associated with National Heritage Academies, where they progressed from a Construction Coordinator role to Manager of Facilities and now holds the position of Director of Facilities. Tom'swork involves project management and budgeting for various capital projects, including renovations, replacements, and interior updates.

Tom Brennan III earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University from 2002 to 2006. Tom also obtained the LEED AP certification in 2008.
