Alexandria Rossi Alvarez, PhD, is an experienced General Engineer specializing in Human Factors research within the Vehicle Safety Research program at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) since July 2023. Prior to this role, Alexandria served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Virginia Tech from August 2018 to June 2023, focusing on the impact of external communication for SAE L4+ vehicles.
