Emily Muldoon, MPH, CPH, LVT, is an experienced data analyst currently employed at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration since June 2021. Prior to this role, Emily served as a veterinary technician at Olney-Sandy Spring Veterinary Hospital, specializing in anesthesia, dentistry, and surgical nursing, while also training others and assisting in various veterinary procedures.
