Tali A. currently serves as the Division Chief of Electronic Systems Safety Research at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) since May 2023. Prior to this role, Tali worked as a Principal at Scopus Systems from 2021 to May 2023 and held various positions at Aptiv between 2017 and 2020, including Engineering Group Manager for Functional Safety and Active Safety Systems, as well as Functional Safety Management Assessor. Tali's expertise in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) includes experience as a System Architect at Active Safety Systems, Senior Staff Systems Engineer at Automotive Systems, Senior Systems Engineer at Robert Bosch Battery Systems, and Senior Systems and Controls Engineer at Altair ProductDesign. Tali began a career at General Motors in Hybrid Powertrain Engineering as both a Technical Specialist in Reliability Engineering and a Senior Hybrid Powertrain Development Validation Engineer. Tali holds a Master of Engineering in Reliability Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering and Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
