In this role, they designed and developed a DEI trade group for Latino DEI practitioners and provided thought-leader counsel to the organization's Board of Directors.

Before their work in DEI, César worked as a Faculty Member at The Forum on Workplace Inclusion, where they empowered inclusive leaders through executive coaching and co-designed coaching center programs and conference events for DEI professionals.

In the corporate sector, César held various management positions at Allstate, where they focused on diversity recruiting, multicultural go-to-market strategy, agency sales operations, and IT project management. César created Allstate's first national agency sales focused diversity recruiting program and led the development of a sales organization diversity recruiting strategy and implementation plan.

Earlier in their career, César worked at the Chicago Transit Authority, where they served as an IT Project Manager and held multiple administration management roles. César also served as a Financial Planning Associate at Transamerica, where they provided financial counseling to multicultural clients and led a team of sub producers.
