Meghan Duggan is a prominent leader in women's ice hockey and sports development. Currently serving as the Director of Player Development for the New Jersey Devils, Meghan has extensive experience in various roles, including President of the Women's Sports Foundation and Board Member of USA Hockey. As a three-time Olympic medalist and former U.S. Women's National Team player, Meghan has played 137 games at the highest level. In addition to athletic achievements, Meghan is an influential motivational speaker, addressing issues such as leadership, women's empowerment, and LGBTQ+ advocacy across various platforms. Meghan also actively participates in organizations like the Professional Women's Hockey Players Association and Athlete x Impact, contributing to the advancement of women's sports and athlete advocacy. With an educational background in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Meghan continues to impact the sports community profoundly.
