Aparna Gupta, DNP, FACHE, CPHQ, CRNP has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Aparna currently holds the position of Vice President of Quality at the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Clinical Operations Bundled Payment Solutions at UnitedHealth Group and as the Clinical Services Manager for Optum at Home in Pennsylvania and Delaware. Aparna also worked as an Adjunct Faculty member at Carlow University from 2016 to 2021. In addition, they have held roles as an Advisor for Ex Sepsis HIIN at the Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania, the Director of Quality Safety and Value at Allegheny Health Network, and a Senior CRNP at UPMC. Aparna's early career includes experience as a Registered Nurse at Exempla Saint Joseph Hospital.
Aparna Gupta, DNP, FACHE, CPHQ, CRNP has a diverse education history. Aparna obtained a Bachelor's degree in Science (Honors) in Nursing Science from Rajkumari Amrit Kaur College Of Nursing in 1996. Subsequently, they pursued a Post Graduate in Business Administration with a focus on Business, Human Resources, and Informatics from Maharishi Institute of Management in 1998.
In 2012, Aparna completed their Masters in Nursing and became a Nurse Practitioner from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Aparna further advanced their education and achieved a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Chatham University between the years 2015 and 2017.
To complement their extensive education, Aparna Gupta also holds various certifications. Aparna is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), awarded in September 2021 by the American College of Healthcare Executives. Aparna is also a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), a certification obtained from the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) in May 2018.
Aparna Gupta is an ELNEC Master Trainer, certified by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) in September 2016.
