Saad S. Hujran al-Shahrani

Saad S. Hujran Al-Shahrani serves as Portfolio Director at the National Housing Company since January 2023, and is an active Board Member of the Saudi Council of Engineers and Edrak PMO. With extensive experience in project management, Saad held pivotal roles at Aramco from August 2008 to July 2023, overseeing megaprojects valued at approximately $4.5 billion aimed at enhancing energy sustainability and localizing domestic content. Prior positions include Project Manager, Senior Project Management Professional, and Lead Project Engineer across various divisions, including YASREF and GE Power & Water. Saad holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals and is a certified Project Management Professional since 2013.
