Mark Richards is an experienced professional in construction management, currently serving as a Project Officer at the National Housing Trust since August 1995, where responsibilities include contract administration, technical consultation, preparing bills of quantities, inspecting structural work by beneficiaries, and recommending disbursement of loan sums. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a Site Engineer at CFC Construction Company Ltd from April 1993 to July 1995.
