Rosemary Kisembo

Rosemary Kisembo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and information technology. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at the National Identification and Registration Authority since May 2021, previous roles include Head of Department at the Uganda National Roads Authority from January 2016 to February 2022 and Manager of Software Engineering at the Uganda Revenue Authority from March 2011 to January 2016. Academic qualifications include a Master of Information Systems with a focus on Web Service Technology from Makerere University, a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Makerere University, and various certifications, including ITIL V2 Service Manager and Microsoft Certified Professional in VB 6.0 and SQL Server.
