Habiba Shaibu has extensive experience in customer service and quality assurance, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service at the National Identity Management Commission since December 2013. In addition, Habiba has held the position of General Manager at Newcoretel Nigeria Ltd since January 2013, focusing on quality assurance. Prior experience includes serving as Team Lead for Quality Assurance at Spanco BPO from March 2011 to November 2012, where responsibilities included ensuring adherence to quality standards. Habiba's educational background includes a degree from the University of Abuja, Nigeria, obtained between 1992 and 1996, as well as attendance at Queens College, Yaba, Lagos from 1987 to 1992.
