Amber McDonald has extensive experience in regulatory and compliance roles within the gaming industry, currently serving as a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Auditor and Compliance Officer at the National Indian Gaming Commission since November 2018. Amber is also a member of the Cannabis Control Board for the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe, contributing to regulatory oversight in this emerging sector. Previously, Amber held key positions such as Board Secretary for the National Tribal Gaming Commissioners/Regulators, Licensing Manager at the St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Gaming Commission, and Indian Country Director/Board Member at the North American Gaming Regulators Association. Early career roles include Gaming Inspector and Akwesasne Review Co-Host. Amber earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from St. Lawrence University.
