Avash Shrestha

Avash Shrestha is a software developer currently employed at NISC since January 2023, following a role as a Full Stack Software Developer Intern at Botlink from May 2022 to December 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Student Manager in Dining Services at Concordia College, where task delegation and worker motivation were key responsibilities. Avash also held roles in social media coordination for Habitat for Humanity, Chief of Operations, and SIC Commissioner for the Concordia College Student Government Association. Notable technical experience includes a Digital Innovation Co-op at Bobcat Company, focusing on mobile application development and debugging. Avash is a co-founder of both Ripple Tech Industries, aimed at affordable laptop production in Nepal, and Gurkha Hemp, which promotes Nepali art through hemp-based products. Avash holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Data Analytics from Concordia College.
