Fernando Berlanga

Fernando Berlanga is an accomplished data professional with extensive experience in engineering and IT management. Currently serving as a Data Platform Engineer at Dakko AI since January 2024, Fernando has been a Senior Data Engineer at NISC since January 2019, where significant contributions include transforming an on-premise Data Warehouse into a modern cloud-based Lakehouse. Previous roles at NISC also involved positions as Data Engineer II and Data Engineer, with similar responsibilities in data architecture. Additionally, Fernando has a background in Robotic Process Automation, having developed automated systems for large-scale customer billing. Earlier career experiences include managing logistics operations at Walmart as a Support Manager, overseeing IT operations at Administra Propiedades, and serving as a System Administrator at the National Center of Bioinformatics in Cuba.
