Kara Fraser

Kara Fraser is a Support Specialist at NISC since June 2021, bringing extensive experience in customer service and operations from previous roles. Prior to NISC, Kara served as a Member Relations Trainer and Representative at Ozarks Electric Cooperative from November 2015 to May 2021, where responsibilities included managing service requests and ensuring quality customer interactions. Earlier experience includes a shift manager/server position at Jet Enterprises, LLC, responsible for supervising staff and enhancing customer satisfaction, and server duties at Ron's Hamburgers & Chili of Bentonville, focusing on financial accuracy and customer service. Kara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas, earned between 2010 and 2015.
