Stephanie Santos currently serves as Chief of Staff at the National Infusion Center Association (NICA), focusing on evaluating operational efficiencies and enhancing system improvements in alignment with organizational objectives. Previously, Stephanie was a Client Relationship Manager and Partner at Allium Financial Advisors, LLC, where a major achievement included leading the implementation of a new Salesforce Org that automated operational functions with total firm adoption. Stephanie’s earlier experience includes a role as a Sr. Administrative Assistant at Arnerich Massena, Inc., providing vital support to the wealth management practice, and as a Marketing & Operations Assistant at Boly:Welch, facilitating the onboarding of sales associates across numerous retirement communities. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from George Fox University.
