Rebecca Russell

Vice President, Applied Research And Evaluation at National Institute for Children's Health Quality (NICHQ)

Rebecca Russell has extensive work experience in the field of applied research and evaluation. Rebecca currently holds the position of Vice President at the National Institute for Children's Health Quality (NICHQ) since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Director at NICHQ from November 2018 to September 2022. Rebecca also worked at the March of Dimes, where they held the position of Senior Director from December 2017 to November 2018. Before that, they were the Director of the Perinatal Data Center at the March of Dimes from August 2011 to December 2017.

Rebecca Russell holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from The University of Georgia. Rebecca also obtained a Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) with a specialization in Epidemiology from the University of South Carolina.
