Jamie Elvidge

Jamie Elvidge is a Senior Scientific Adviser at the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), with a career spanning over a decade in health economics and policy. Since joining NICE in July 2016, Jamie has held various roles, including Scientific Adviser for the Science Policy & Research Programme, HTA Adviser for Health Technology Evaluation, Senior Technical Analyst for the Economics Centre for Guidelines, and Health Economist in the same department. Prior to this, Jamie served as a Research Associate in Health Economics at the University of Manchester from April 2015 to July 2016 and worked at BresMed from October 2011 to March 2015 as both a Senior and Health Economist. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Health Economics from the University of York and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Newcastle University.
