Johanna Lammi-Taskula

Johanna Lammi-Taskula is a seasoned research manager at THL since 2009, specializing in children, adolescents, and families. With a robust background in research and policy development, Johanna has been a member of the Leave Policies and Research network since 2005 and served as an expert at EGGSI from 2010 to 2011. Prior experience includes a role as a senior researcher and head of the Childhood and Family unit at Stakes from 2005 to 2008, where significant contributions were made to projects on childcare leave and work-family relations, as well as editing a notable publication on child and family wellbeing. Earlier career highlights include working as a planning officer at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health and as a research assistant at the University of Helsinki. Education credentials include a PhD in sociology from the University of Tampere and a Master of Science in sociology from the University of Helsinki.
