Markus Ketola

Markus Ketola is a visual communication specialist currently employed at the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) since September 2023. With a robust background in media, Markus has been a principal media specialist at I SEE A STORY MEDIA since August 2015, focusing on social media creation and developing film and photographic content for global events. Previous roles include communications specialist for the City of Lahti, photographer for the St. Gallen Symposium, communication trainee for the City of Vantaa, and reporter/social media manager for the Finnish Defence Forces. Markus holds a Master's degree candidate in Digital Culture from the University of Turku, where a Bachelor's degree in the same field was attained. Additional education includes attendance at the New York Film Academy and completion of upper secondary education at Järvenpään lukio.
