George E. Stan

George E. Stan is a Senior Researcher rank I at the National Institute of Materials Physics, with experience since September 2005 in fabricating novel materials, developing analytical techniques in Materials Science, and fostering collaboration with universities and international partners. In addition to research, George serves on the editorial boards of several academic journals, including Coatings and the Journal of Materiomics, and holds the position of Associate Editor for the Journal of the American Ceramic Society. George completed a PhD in Materials Engineering, a Master's degree in Biomaterials, and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
