Lakshmi Devi Rao

Lakshmi Devi Rao is an experienced professional in innovation and entrepreneurship, currently serving as an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Advisor at the National Institute for Smart Government (NISG) in Delhi since February 2023. Previous roles include Technology Education Manager at Accenture in India and Associate Director at the Indian School of Development Management (ISDM). Lakshmi has a strong background in facilitating design thinking and capacity building workshops, having worked with various stakeholders across multiple projects, including significant contributions in South Africa and India. Educational qualifications consist of a Certified Coach in Design Thinking from Hasso Plattner Institute, a specialization in Design Thinking and Innovation from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, a Global MBA from SDA Bocconi, an M.Phil in Political Science from the University of Delhi, and a B.Ed from Indira Gandhi University.
