Leon Geršković

Director Of Video And Digital Media Productions at National Institute of Standards and Technology

Leon Geršković has a diverse work experience. Leon started their career at the National Institute of Standards and Technology in 2002, where they held various roles such as Streaming Media Specialist, Digital Media Specialist, and Sr. Video Producer / Team Lead - Video/Digital Media Group. In these positions, they were responsible for producing and directing video projects, creating and transcoding streaming media clips, and strengthening partnerships. In 2016, they became the Director of Video and Digital Media Productions at the same institute. Leon also worked as a Freelance Director at Espirit Production, where they co-directed and co-produced an award-winning documentary film. Additionally, they served as the President of the Board of Directors at Docs In Progress from 2009 to 2012.

Leon Geršković attended Montgomery College from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained an AA degree in TV broadcasting. Leon then pursued a degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2005.
