Glenda Conroy currently holds the position of Director for the Office of Financial Management and Deputy CFO at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), a role assumed in October 2015. In this capacity, Glenda Conroy acts as a senior advisor on financial management to various high-level officials within NIH, overseeing accounting and financial services that support the organization’s scientific initiatives. Prior to this, Glenda Conroy served as Director of the Office of Management Assessment, focusing on developing management programs that align with statutory requirements, and played a crucial role in advising on policy developments as Associate Director for Management and Executive Officer at the National Institute on Drug Abuse. Glenda Conroy's extensive experience in financial management within health services also includes tenure as Deputy CFO at the Program Support Center and Financial Director at the Food and Drug Administration.
