Monica Gonzales

Monica Gonzales is a highly experienced professional with expertise in laboratory management and biological research. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Laboratory Manager at The National Institutes of Health since November 2011, Monica previously held the position of Facilities Operations Specialist. Prior to this role, Monica worked as a Biologist at the National Cancer Institute from 1994 to November 2011 and gained initial experience as a Research Technician at SAIC in a specialized AIDS drug screening laboratory from May 1993 to May 1994. Monica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Maryland, completed between 1991 and 1993, and previously attended New Mexico State University from 1988 to 1990.
