Cheryl Raya is a seasoned software quality engineer with extensive experience in software development and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Software Quality Engineer at the National Insurance Producer Registry since May 2021, Cheryl previously held a similar position at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners from February 2019 to May 2021. Prior roles include Software Test Engineer at VinSolutions, Senior Consultant at Bradford & Galt, and consultant positions focusing on test automation using Selenium and TestNG. Cheryl has also served as a Senior Software Developer at DST Systems, leading a team to enhance testing efficiencies, and has a background in embedded systems development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with Mathematics and Business Administration from Newberry College, along with non-degree studies in Computer Science and Information Sciences.
