JT Burgess has extensive experience in software quality assurance and business analysis, having worked primarily with the National Insurance Producer Registry since April 1998. Currently serving as Software Quality Engineer III and Quality Assurance Tester, JT Burgess also contributes as Business Analyst II, collaborating with marketing and development teams to document business requirements for various products.
