Dawn Small

Dawn Small has extensive experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as Manager and Policy Manager at National Insurance Services since January 2018. Prior to these roles, Dawn Small has been with National Insurance Services since January 1993 as a Marketing Manager. Dawn Small holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services from Universiti Putra Malaysia, obtained between 2002 and 2004, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Baruch College, completed between 1996 and 1998.
