Rachelle Albrechta serves as the Director of Program Development and Curricula Writer at the National Inventors Hall of Fame since January 2017, where educational programs utilizing STEAM and Creative Problem Solving for various initiatives benefit over 130,000 participants annually. Previously, Rachelle held the position of Dream Manager at Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio, assisting employees with goal-setting and overcoming barriers from February 2013 to August 2016. Rachelle's career also includes roles as Community Relations and Newspaper in Education Manager at Akron Beacon Journal/Ohio.com, Education Outreach Presenter for The Summit County Historical Society of Akron, and Senior Curricula Designer at the National Inventors Hall of Fame. Rachelle's academic credentials include a Master of Education in Education/Teaching of the Gifted and Talented from Kent State University, a Bachelor's degree in Art Teacher Education from PennWest Edinboro, and another Master of Education as a Gifted Intervention Specialist from Kent State University.
