Our mission is recognizing inventors and invention, promoting creativity and advancing the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship. We honor the world’s greatest inventors through the NIHF Museum and Induction events, reward emerging inventors through the Collegiate Inventors Competition®, and empower and inspire the next generation of innovators through education programs including Camp Invention®.

The Operations Team at the National Inventors Hall of Fame (NIHF) is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the organization's day-to-day activities. This includes managing logistics, optimizing processes, coordinating events such as the Induction ceremonies, and supporting education programs like Camp Invention®. The team works collaboratively to streamline operations, allowing NIHF to fulfill its mission of promoting creativity and innovation.
