Seong Pil Kong

Seong Pil Kong has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Seong Pil started their career as the Managing Director of the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) in 2005. Seong Pil played a significant role in the merger of KIPA, IITA, and KIEC to form NIPA in 2009.
