Carlos Gonzalez has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Carlos currently serves as the Managing Director at National IT Pros, bringing expertise in client satisfaction and quality. Prior to this, they were the CEO of TechOnePro. Additionally, Carlos has previously worked at Microsoft, handling LATAM CXO Tablet Deployment. Carlos began their career in 1999 at TAG, where they worked as Compaq Tech Support and Sales until 2004.

Carlos Gonzalez obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Universdad Santa Maria between 1987 and 1989. Additionally, they also earned a MCSE certification in Network and System Administration/Administrator from New Horizon in 2000. The MCSE certification was obtained from Microsoft.
