Don Silversmith is Chairman of First Western, Cherry Creek, where he is primarily responsible for business and community development.
He co-founded and served as partner of Sterling Partners, a wealth management firm. Before founding Sterling, Mr. Silversmith opened the southwest regional office for PM&G, a New York-based commercial mortgage brokerage company and he worked as a financial analyst for the Taubman Co., one of the country's largest real estate developers.
Mr. Silversmith has served on the Board of the Anti-Defamation League and Jewish Family Services and has served as Co-Chairman of the Rose Hospital Professional Advisory Committee and the Graland Country Day Planned Giving Committee.
Mr. Silversmith and his wife, Debra, have two daughters. Mr. Silversmith’s uncle, Joseph Silversmith, Jr., was an emeritus Board member for National Jewish Health.
