Michael Wright possesses extensive experience in both public service and healthcare sales leadership. Currently serving as the President Elect and Treasurer of the Board of Directors at the National Kidney Foundation of Louisiana, Michael is dedicated to addressing preventable kidney disease and improving patient care. As a Councilman at Large in St. John the Baptist Parish since 2012, Michael has held various leadership roles, including Council Chairman and former Vice Chairman. In the healthcare sector, Michael has held significant positions such as Key Account Director at Cormedix Inc., Director of Market Development at AMSURG, and Senior Regional Sales Manager at Fresenius Medical Care North America, focusing on market strategies, physician relations, and revenue growth. Michael holds a B.A in Business Management and Small Business Entrepreneurship from Southeastern Louisiana University.
