Adam Desper

Adam Desper has extensive work experience in operations management and logistics. Adam started their career in 2003 at Dietrich Metal Framing as a Logistics Manager and later became an Assistant Plant Manager. In 2010, they joined Worthington Industries as a Plant Superintendent and eventually became an Operations Manager. Most recently, they worked at NKS as an Operations Manager and was promoted to Director of Operations in October 2018.

Adam Desper attended Ball State University - Miller College of Business from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations and Manufacturing Management.
