Kathryn Shibuya is an experienced professional in early childhood education and child care services, currently serving as Program Manager for Early Childhood Success at the National League of Cities since March 2019. Previously, Shibuya held various roles at Child Care Aware of America, including Senior Program Specialist and Program Associate, where significant contributions included supporting grant deliverables, conducting research on early childhood education systems, and creating professional development materials.
