Lisa Muller is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the insurance and asset management sectors. Currently serving as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at National Life Group since June 2021, Lisa provides legal counsel on securities, investment, reinsurance, regulatory, corporate transactional, and governance matters. Lisa previously held the role of Senior Legal Counsel at National Life Group from 2008 to 2021, managing securities and investment compliance for an SEC-registered asset manager. Other notable positions include Chief Operating Officer for Sentinel Investments, securities counsel for the Vermont State Department of Financial Regulation, and corporate associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.
