Lisa Gilbert

Lisa Gilbert has extensive experience in media and communications, currently serving as the Senior Media and Communications Manager on maternity cover at the National Literacy Trust since March 2024. Prior roles include Head of Communications and Marketing at The Children's Trust, Head of Communications at the British Science Association, and Head of Content and Media at Mental Health Into. Lisa has also held positions as Senior Media and Communication Manager and Media and Communications Manager at the National Literacy Trust, Senior Media and Case Study Officer at Carers UK, PR Officer at Mencap, and Communications Assistant at the Mental Health Foundation. Lisa started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Logic Engagements. Lisa holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Exeter.
