Obiora Odo

Obiora Odo is an experienced professional currently serving as Principal Manager in the HRM APD Division at the National Lottery Regulatory Commission since January 2024, focusing on the appointment and documentation of newly recruited and deployed staff, as well as overseeing promotion matters. Odo's career at the National Lottery Regulatory Commission includes roles such as Principal Manager and Deputy Manager in Monitoring and Enforcement, Deputy Manager in Planning and Research, and Assistant Manager in Enforcement and Compliance, with a foundational role as Trainee Manager.
