Associate Lab Director at National High Magnetic Field Laboratory

Joanna Long is a highly experienced biochemistry and molecular biology professor, currently serving as the Director of the Advanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Spectroscopy (AMRIS) Facility at the University of Florida. Prior to this, Joanna held positions at the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory and University of Washington. Joanna Long holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

The only facility of its kind in the US, the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory is the largest and highest-powered magnet laboratory in the world.
