Scott Howie is an experienced User Experience Engineer currently working at the National Manufacturing Institute Scotland since February 2022. Prior to this role, Scott served as an Early Career Researcher at the University of the West of Scotland from September 2021 to February 2022, focusing on researching the application of VR technologies in industry training, funded by the ICURe programme. Scott holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Virtual Reality from the University of the West of Scotland, completed in 2021, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Game Technology from the same institution, earned in 2017.
