John Garretson

John Garretson has over a decade of experience in project management within the marine industry, currently serving as Project Manager for the New Build Division at National Marine Suppliers since August 2010. Responsibilities include sourcing, procurement, and project management for superyacht supplies. Prior roles include Sales and Purchasing Agent, providing marine parts and equipment globally, and Assistant Manager for West Marine's flagship store, where sales performance led to a managerial promotion. Earlier experience includes Operations Manager and Inside Sales at Freedom Boat Club, along with roles as Assessment Specialist at Miami Behavioral Health and Detention Officer at Collier County Juvenile Detention Center. John Garretson holds a BA in History from Denison University, earned in 2001.
