Harshitha Ram, FCIArb, is an accomplished attorney and independent arbitrator and mediator, currently leading Ram ADR, LLC since June 2008. Ram serves as President of the Global Arbitration Mediation Academy (GAMA) and represents North America on the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum for the 2024-2026 term. Additionally, Ram chairs the ADR Section of the Detroit Bar Association and holds the position of Publications Chair for the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution.
